Ingredients for Hyderabad biriyani Recipe

  • As required *Hydrabadi Biryani*
  • 1/2 cup spinach puree
  • 125 gm boiled basmati rice
  • 1/2 tsp Jeera
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped capsicum
  • 1/2 cup chopped carrot
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped beans
  • 1/2 cup chopped cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup boiled green peas
  • 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp green chilli paste
  • 1.50 piece Cloves
  • 1 piece dry red chillies
  • 1 piece Cinnamon
  • 1 piece Bay leaves
  • 1 piece Black cardamom (Badi Elaichi)
  • 1/2 tsp Biryani masala
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  • 1/2 cup fried cashew
  • As required Salt per test

Directions: Hyderabad Biriyani Recipe

  • STEP 1.First of all, boil the rice and while boiling, add one piece clove and one piece cinnamon inside it, then when the rice is cooked, remove clove and cinnamon from it.
  • STEP 2.Then clean the spinach leaves and boil them for 1 minute, then grind them in a mixer jar and also add three to four hot chillies inside it.
  • STEP 3.Then par boil all the vegetables. Now mix butter and oil in a pan, add the khada masala like cinnamon, bay leaf, clove along with dry chillies, then add cumin seeds inside it, then add ginger and garlic paste and let it simmer.
  • STEP 4.Then put the spinach puree inside and all the cooked vegetables and cook it for a minute, then put salt, turmeric powder and biryani masala into it, and at the endor cooked basmati rice. Mix everything well and add fried cashew nuts on top.
  • STEP 5.And our Hyderabadi Biryani is ready to serve. Pair it with your favourite raita and salad.
