Ingredients for Hummus Veggies Grill Sandwich Recipe
0.13 cup Boiled chickpeas
3/4 pieces Cloves garlic
1/4 tbsp White sesame seeds
0.06 cup Corainder leaves
1/4 tbsp tbsp chopped raw mango
1/2 tbsp Curd
to taste Salt to taste
1/2 tbsp Olive oil
2 pieces white/ brown bread slices
1/2 pieces Red tomatoes
1/4 Pieces Piece cucumber
1/2 pieces Cubes Amul Cheese
as required Butter
as required Red chilli flakes
as required Tomato ketchup
Directions: Hummus Veggies Grill Sandwich Recipe
STEP 1.To make Hummus..In mixer jar add and grind garlic, sesame seeds, raw mango pieces, corainder leaves. Now add boiled chickpeas/ kabuli channa, salt, olive oil. Grind to smooth mixture. Transfer it into bowl. Keep aside.
STEP 2.Wash and thinly slice tomatoes. Wash and Peel cucumber and chopped into slices. Keep aside.
STEP 3.To prepare Hummus Grill Sandwich.. Apply prepared hummus on 2 slices. On it sprinkle red chill flakes. On one bread slice arrange 4 tomato slices .
STEP 4.On it arranged cucumber slices. On another bread slice grate 1/2 cheese cube . Place this on prepared veggies bread slice.
STEP 5.Apply butter on grilled tawa. Place prepared hummus sandwich and grill on both sides till crispy golden. Similarly prepare all.
