How to Make Humita Recipe

step 1

STEP 01

Heat some oil and butter in a pan.

STEP 01

Add chopped onions to it and cook till they turn translucent.

STEP 01

Once the onions are cooked add the grated corn to it.

STEP 01

Cook till it turns nice and creamy. As it thickens add milk to it and mix well.

STEP 01

Once turned creamy add chilli paste and basil leaves to it.

Combine everything well and season with some salt and pepper.
