Ingredients for Hujiao Bing Recipe

  • 2 cup All purpose flour
  • 1/2 tablespoon Yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Butter
  • 500 gram Pork
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon All spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 No.s Green Onions

Directions: Hujiao Bing Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.1 put 125 grams of warm water in a small bowl and add 1/2 teaspoon of yeast.
