  • 1/2 cup Beans Sprouts

  • 1 tablespoon Lime/Tamarind

How to Make Htamani Recipe

Start by peeling and chopping the potatoes then chop the spring onions and onions as well and then Roast and pong the peanut.

Start by frying the onion till brown and do it on low flame for it to be crispy. Meanwhile, cook the rice adding ½ tsp food coloring, sweet paprika too, and the potatoes.

Boil the eggs and cook both the noodles (cellophane noodles and fine egg noodles), sprinkle some salt for the flavor to enhance.

Now take a large bowl and start by adding the fine egg noodles and then add the cellophane noodles and delicately mix both of them well.

Add some food coloring to the cooked rice and add the chopped potatoes and mix all of them delicately. Add in some fish sauce sauce to it and mix well.

Now you can either add lemon juice or tamarind juice to the mixing it. Now add a handful of beans sprout, then add the freshly crushed boil egg and mix it well.

Lastly add in some chopped spring onions to it and combine well. Once you mix the spring onion, it’s time to bind the thoke, so add the chickpea powder and the peanut powder at once and mix well.
