I dont know about you, but when im eating out a chinese restaurant, its a guarantee that im ordering some form of dumpling. Theyre just so good A tender, doughy pocket thats filled with a savory, flavorful meat mixture is pretty hard to pass up. So whether theyre pan-fried or tucked into a soup, theyre going to make an appearance on my table. The good news is that such deliciousness doesnt have to be limited to restaurant-fare you can make your own dumplings right at home that are every bit as tasty. Its a fun little project, but its a relatively easy one and well show you just how to do it
