- 1 Orange worth of orange zest
- 1.50 teaspoon Fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Onion powder
- 15 pound 1 shady brook farms frozen young turkey
- As required Kosher salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 Onion, cut into chunks
- 3-4 Cloves garlic
- 1 Orange, cut into chunks
- 1-2 sprig Large fresh rosemary
