  • 1.50-2 Kashmir chilies
  • 1/4 inch Ginger, grated
  • 1.50 Garlic cloves, finely grated
  • 1/2 tablespoon Cumin seeds
  • 1.50-2 Whole peppers
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cardamom seeds
  • 1/2 tablespoon Coriander seeds
  • 1/4 Juice oflemon
