  • 1/4 tablespoon Ginger Paste
  • 1/4 tablespoon Garlic Paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 cup Tomato Puree
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • as per your need Fresh Coriander Leaves For Garnish

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Marinate the fish with turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and fry the fish until golden brown. Set aside.
  • STEP 3.In the same pan, add onions, ginger, and garlic. Saute until golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Add the spices - turmeric, cumin, coriander, and red chili powder. Cook for a minute.
  • STEP 5.Pour in the tomato puree and cook until the oil separates from the masala.
  • STEP 6.Add water and bring the curry to a boil. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  • STEP 7.Gently add the fried fish to the curry and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • STEP 8.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or naan bread.
