Ingredients for Hot And Sour Soup Recipe

  • 4.12 cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 1/2 cup green peas
  • 6 No.s dried shiitake mushrooms
  • 1/2 No.s Tomato
  • 225 gram soft tofu
  • 2 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon chinkiang vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/5 teaspoon White Pepper
  • 1/5 teaspoon szechuan pepper
  • 2 No.s Egg
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • As required For garnishing
  • As required A few chopped green onions

Directions: Hot And Sour Soup Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Make the cornstarch mixture. Add ⅓ tbsp cornstarch and ½ water.

step 2

  • STEP 1.Boil 4 cups of water, add bouillon, ginger and green peas. Mushrooms and tomatoes too.

step 3

  • STEP 2.Add sliced tofu as well and then boil for 3 minutes.

step 4

  • STEP 3.Then add soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, white pepper and peppercorn powder. Cook for 1 minute.

step 5

  • STEP 1.Turn off the stove. Add 1 beaten egg and cornflour starch.

step 6

  • STEP 1.While stirring the soup make sure you are continuously stirring. Serve and enjoy.
