  • 1/4 teaspoon Coriander Powder

  • 1/4 cup Coconut Milk

  • STEP 1.Wash and soak the horse gram lentils for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • STEP 2.Pressure cook the lentils until soft and mushy.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves.
  • STEP 4.Add onions, ginger, garlic, and green chilies. Cook until onions are golden brown.
