Easy, quick and famous chinese simple soup. Dim sum dishes include an assortment of seafood, meat, and vegetable dishes that are prepared in various ways: steamed, fried, or baked. These are thin, round wrappers in a cup shape and hold a filling usually of pork, shrimp, or a combination of the two and often a small amount of vegetables like bamboo shoots, black mushrooms, and water chestnuts. One of the most popular dishes at dim sum, these are chunks of shrimp encased in a thin translucent dumpling wrapper and served in a bamboo steamer.

  • As required Leather Dough
  • 400 gram All purpose flour
  • 425 gram plain flour
  • 200 milliliter Water
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 60 gram Sugar
  • 4 gram baking powder
  • 4 gram fast action yeast
  • As required filling material
  • 4 No.s salted eggs
  • 250 milliliter Whole Milk
  • 30 gram condensed milk
  • 1 No.s egg
  • 20 gram desiccated coconut
  • 10 gram custard powder
  • 50 gram unsalted butter

step 1

  • STEP 1.Filling method remove the egg whites from the salted egg, steam the egg yolk over water for ten minutes. The cooked salted egg yolk is pressed into a puree to remove hard objects. Stir an egg and sugar, then add condensed milk and stir well. Sift the flour and custard powder.

step 2

  • STEP 1.Peeling method put flour, sugar, yeast, baking powder, and salt in a pot. While stirring with chopsticks, slowly add water. Knead it with your hands after it is dough.

  • STEP 1.The diameter of the steamer is 27 cm. Put the oven paper on the counter and turn the steamer inverted. Draw the shape with a pen. Fold the oven paper, cut it into a circle, and cut a small hole in the side.

  • STEP 1.Spread the fillings thinly on the skin and distribute them evenly. Sprinkle with chopped salted egg yolk and shredded coconut to increase the flavor and set  make the second layer and put on the fillings. By analogy, spread the top sixth layer and remove the plastic wrap. Put the layer cake in a steamer, cover and let it sit for half an hour before steaming on medium heat for 20 minutes. Turn off the fire.
