Ingredients for Honey Soy Sauce Chicken Recipe

  • 2 Nos garlic cloves
  • 1/2 Nos shallot
  • 1.50 cm ginger
  • 1/4 tablespoon dark soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon Maltose
  • 1/2 tablespoon Water
  • 4 Nos chicken wings

step 1

  • STEP 1.Grind garlic, shallots and ginger finely.

step 2

  • STEP 1.Add soy sauce, dark soy sauce, maltose to the ground ingredients and mix well.

step 3

  • STEP 1.If the maltose is too thick then either microwave/oven it along with dilute water.

step 4

  • STEP 1.Marinate the chicken with the mixture and keep it at least for 30 minutes.

  • STEP 1.Place the chicken wings in pre heat oven at 100 degree celsius for 15 mins.

step 7

  • STEP 1.Remove the chicken wings after 15 mins and then add the marinade and then put it back for grilling for 15-20 mins.

step 8

  • STEP 1.Garnish with sesame seeds & fresh scallions and serve with spicy sambal or sweet Thai chilli sauce.
