Ive come to look at sheet pan meals as somewhat of a weeknight savior. There isnt an easier way to get dinner on the table than just tossing a bunch of ingredients on a sheet pan and popping it in the oven. And since you can use pretty much whatever you happen to have on hand, theyre easy to throw together at a moments notice. Of course, if youre really improvising in the ingredient department you can end up with a combination thats not so desirable but thats where recipes like this one come in. It uses ingredients you likely have in your kitchen right now (and if not, its versatile enough to accommodate some swaps) and it coats them in a delicious honey garlic sauce that feels inspired no matter how many times you use it.
