  • 1/2 tablespoon Vinegar
  • 1/2 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
  • 1 Spring Onions, Chopped

  • STEP 1.Peel and slice the lotus stem into thin rounds.
  • STEP 2.In a bowl, mix together cornflour, all-purpose flour, salt, and pepper. Coat the lotus stem slices in this mixture.
