Ingredients for Honey chilli potato Recipe

  • As required For the potatoes
  • 1.25 nos Potatoes
  • 0.69 tbsp Cornflour
  • 3/4 nos salt to taste
  • 1.25 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1.25 nos Oil ( for deep frying )
  • As required For the base
  • 1/2 tsp Oil
  • 3/4 tbsp Garlic paste
  • 1.25 tbsp Honey
  • 1 nos salt to taste
  • 1.31 tsp soya sauce
  • 2.25 tsp white seasum weeds
  • 2.25 tsp chilli sauce

Directions: Honey Chilli Potato Recipe

  • STEP 1.1. In a bowl , add corn flour , add red chilli powder
  • STEP 2.2. Add the sliced potatoes and mix well until the potatoes are coated
  • STEP 3.3. Heat the oil in a work and deep fry the potatoes until golden keep aside
  • STEP 4.4. In a work , add oil , garlic paste and onions. Saute on high heat for 1 minute.
  • STEP 5.5. Add honey , soya sauce chilli sauce and salt . Salute for 2-3 minutes
  • STEP 6.6. Add deep fried potatoes and seasum seeds . Mix well and serve hot
