STEP 1.Mix the ingredients for bhajji like Besan, rice flour, salt, haldi and red chilli powder and make a medium batter.
STEP 2.Slice the potatoes into thin rounds.
STEP 3.Dip the potatoes and fry the bhajji.
STEP 4.Now in a wok, add oil, add garlic and green chillies and saute on high flame.
STEP 5.Add all the sauces, and mix.
STEP 6.Add honey and mix.
STEP 7.Add little water just to dilute the sauces.
STEP 8.Add the bhajji and stir fry them on high flame.
STEP 9.Add 1 tsp of roasted sesame and chopped coriander leaves and stir immediately and its ready
