  • 0.60 cloves Cloves Garlic, Chopped
  • 1/5 inch Ginger, Grated
  • 0.40 Green Chilies, Chopped
  • 0.40 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 0.40 tablespoon Tomato Ketchup
  • 0.40 tablespoon Honey
  • 1/5 tablespoon Red Chili Sauce
  • as required Spring Onions And Sesame Seeds For Garnish

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Clean and halve the button mushrooms.
  • STEP 2.In a bowl, mix cornflour, all-purpose flour, salt, and pepper. Coat the mushrooms with this mixture.
  • STEP 3.Deep fry the coated mushrooms until golden brown and crispy.
  • STEP 4.In a pan, heat oil and add chopped garlic, ginger, and green chilies. Saute for a minute.
  • STEP 5.Add soy sauce, tomato ketchup, honey, and red chili sauce. Mix well.
  • STEP 6.Add the fried mushrooms to the sauce and toss until they are well coated.
  • STEP 7.Garnish with spring onions and sesame seeds.
  • STEP 8.Serve hot as an appetizer or starter.
