A beverage high in protein and low in calories made from soaked and blended soybeans which is then boiled or cooked. Soy milk also known as soya milk or soymilk, is a plant-based drink produced by soaking and grinding soybeans, boiling the mixture, and filtering out remaining ingredients. It is a stable mixture of oil, water, and protein. Sweet, fresh, and beloved by the lactose intolerant everywhere, homemade soy milk is approximately five hundred times better than the store-bought stuff. And making it should be so simple, it takes only soybeans, filtered water, and some basic equipment.
