Homemade oat milk Recipe

Recipe By Better Butter

A fabulous healthy breakfast idea for the elderly. Infact this can be a super awesome breakfast and brunch ideas for every single one of us. Absolutely a winner. This can be made at home so very easily. Steel cut oats are often chosen for this, but i prefer making it with quick rolled oats. 2 ingredients and you are good to go. Can be flavoured with some cinnamon or vanilla. It can be had on it's own or can be used in soups, overnight oatmeal, curries and also perfect for smoothies, granola etc. It is the cheapest vegan alternative to dairy milks and is nutritious too. Full of natural fibres and high in iron, low in fats, sugars and calories. Naturally sweet and easily made at home, it is a perfecto by all means.
