Ingredients for Homemade Bread Pav bhaji Recipe

  • 2 Pieces slice bread (cut edge part & roasted with butter)
  • 1 Pieces Carrots
  • 2 Pieces Potato
  • 5 Pieces Beans
  • 1/2 Pieces Capsicum
  • 1/2 Pieces Bottle gaurd
  • 2 Pieces Small aubergine
  • 1/2 Pieces small piece of beetroot
  • 1/2 Tsp Ginger chopped
  • 1.50 Pieces Onions
  • 1.50 Pieces Tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup Boiled peas
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp pav bhaji masala
  • as required Red chilli powder accordingly
  • To Taste As per taste Salt

Directions: Homemade Bread Pav Bhaji Recipe

  • STEP 1.Wash, peel and roughly chop all the vegetables.
  • STEP 2.Add the vegetables to a pressure cooker with a glass of water and salt to taste. Cook for up to 4 whistles.When the pressure is gone, let it cool before grinding to a puree.In a kadhai or wok, melt butter, and saute ginger.
  • STEP 3.Add onions and saute till dark brown. Add tomatoes and cook till the oil separates.Mash the boiled peas slightly before adding to the pan. Follow with all the masala powders.Now add the vegetable puree and mix well.. Let it simmer on a low flame for 15-20 minutes. Squeeze lemon juice over the bhaji.serve it with slice bread with butter and roasted.
