  • STEP 1.Boil, peel, and mash the potatoes. Add chopped onions, green chilies, coriander leaves, ginger-garlic paste, and spices like cumin powder, red chili powder, and garam masala.
  • STEP 2.Mix everything well and shape the mixture into small round patties. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the tikkis until golden brown on both sides.
