Ingredients for Home made aloo chips Recipe

  • 50 gm Potatoes
  • As Required as needed chat masala
  • as required Oil for frying
  • As Required As needed water
  • as required Chilli flakes

Directions: Home Made Aloo Chips Recipe

  • STEP 1.First of all take potatoes.peel them and cut into slices like chips.wash them properly three four times.
  • STEP 2.Now put a pan on gas on high flame.Add water.when water is boiling. Add potato slices on sim gas for 2-3 minutes. Now remove water and dry potato slices in sunlight for 1-2 days.
  • STEP 3.After drying potato slices in sunlight...dry chips are ready. Now fry them in hot oil. Sprinkle chat masala.these chips are best for fasts.
