How to Make Home Made Aloo Chips Recipe

STEP 01

First of all take potatoes.peel them and cut into slices like chips.wash them properly three four times.

STEP 02

Now put a pan on gas on high flame.Add water.when water is boiling. Add potato slices on sim gas for 2-3 minutes. Now remove water and dry potato slices in sunlight for 1-2 days.

STEP 03

After drying potato slices in sunlight...dry chips are ready. Now fry them in hot oil. Sprinkle chat masala.these chips are best for fasts.
