Ingredients for Hoisin Pork Stir Fry Recipe

  • 250 gram Pork fillet thinly sliced
  • 50 gram Green pepper thinly sliced
  • 50 gram Red pepper thinly sliced
  • 50 gram Onion Thinly Sliced
  • 2 Garlic thinly sliced cloves
  • 50 gram Ginger thinly sliced
  • 50 gram Hoisin
  • 2 gram Chicken granules
  • 2 gram Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cooking wine
  • As required Salt

Directions: Hoisin Pork Stir Fry Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.1 in a wok heat 1 tbsp oil, add 50 gm thinly sliced ginger, 2 thinly sliced cloves of garlic, 50 gm thinly sliced onion and stir fry for a few seconds.

step 2

  • STEP 2.2 to this add 250 gm thinly sliced pork and stir fry for 3 minutes.

step 3

  • STEP 3.3 add thinly sliced 50 gm red and 50 gm green peppers and stir fry for 1 minute.

step 4

  • STEP 4.4 add 50 gm hoisin sauce and 20 ml water and stir fry for 20 seconds.

step 5

  • STEP 5.5 add 2 gm chicken granules, 2 gm sugar, salt to taste and stir.

step 6

  • STEP 6.6 add 1 tsp cooking wine and stir all the ingredients together well.

step 7

  • STEP 7.7 transfer to a dish and serve hot.
