Ingredients for Hoisin Chicken Udon Noodles Recipe

  • 1 No.s Udon pack
  • 400 gram Chicken
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 No.s minced Garlic
  • 1 cup Onions
  • 1/4 cup Mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup Sauces
  • 1 cup Broth
  • 1 tablespoon Pepper

Directions: Hoisin Chicken Udon Noodles Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Boil the noodles for 1-2 minutes or use it dry. Drain well and immediately rinse with cold water.

  • STEP 1.Whisk all the sauce ingredients together in a small bowl. Set aside.

  • STEP 1.In a medium bowl toss the chicken, with ginger, garlic and soy sauce.

  • STEP 1.Heat some oil in a large wok and stir the chicken pieces in it and saute mushrooms and cook for a couple of minutes.

  • STEP 1.Stir the chicken and mushrooms allow it brown for 5 minutes or until its brown. Remove from the heat and set aside don

  • STEP 1.Add udon noodles and prepared sauce to the wok, toss everything together well and serve steaming hot.
