Ingredients for Hiyashi Chuka Recipe

  • 200 gram dried Chuka Men
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 C bean sprouts, blanched
  • 4 slices ham
  • As required Kinshi Tamago
  • As required Benishoga
  • As required Karashi
  • As required SAUCE
  • 3 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 4 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 4 tablespoon Water
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Directions: Hiyashi Chuka Recipe

  • STEP 1.In boiling water cook chuka men
  • STEP 2.Drain hot water and cool it under running water. Strain well and set aside.
  • STEP 3.Ulienne cucumber and ham. Cut tomato into wedges. Blanch bean sprouts.
  • STEP 4.Mix all the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl.

  • STEP 1.Place cool noodles and toppings on a plate and pour over the sauce. Serve with karashi if you like.
