Ingredients for High Protein Flaxseed Ladoo Recipe

  • 1 cup Chana dal powdered roasted
  • 1/4 cup Almond powder
  • 1/4 cup Flaxseed powder
  • 1/4 cup Jaggery crumbled
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cardamom powder
  • 1/4 cup Ghee

Directions: High Protein Flaxseed Ladoo Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.In a large mixing bowl add 1 cup powdered roasted chana dal, ¼ cup almond powder, ¼ cup flaxseed powder, ¼ cup jaggery, ¼ cup sugar, 1 tsp cardamom powder. Stir the powders to mix.

step 2

  • STEP 1.Then add ¼ cup ghee. Rub the ghee well into the mixture. Knead until the mixture holds together as a ball when pressed .

step 3

  • STEP 1.Take small portions of the mixture and press together in the fist and roll into small lemon size balls. The heat from the hands will help to hold the ladoo together. Arrange on a plate.
