Pasta, italys most traditional item is prepared from plain flour and in this recipe flavored with mixed herbs. This is a basic recipe can be used to make any type of a pasta ie. Lasagne and cannelloni sheets, tortellini, ravioli, fettuccine or tagliatelle. Pasta must be cooked just until al dente, which means until it is tender but still slightly firm.
