  • 400 gram baby clams frozen
  • 100 gram Vietnamese mint chopped
  • 200 gram yellow onion, sliced lengthwise
  • 2 tablespoon spring onion /garlic/lemongrass minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • As required Crushed peanuts, fried shallot
  • 2-3 piece sesame rice crackers or prawn crackers
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

How to Make Hen Xuc Banh Trang Recipe

STEP 01

Heat edible fat in a very wok/pan and fry the minced onion (white half only), garlic, lemongrass till scented. Then add the baby clams and stir well on high heat. Season to style with stock, pepper, flavoring.

STEP 02

Add the sliced onion and stir well till limp and semitransparent. Then add fish sauce and switch off the warmth. Add vietnamese mint and provides it a final toss.

STEP 03

Transfer to a serving plate, garnish with crushed peanuts and cooked shallots.

STEP 04

To make herbaceous plant rice cracker, microwave the herbaceous plant paper for one minute on either side. Serve hot with rice cracker as associate degree "edible spoon".
