Ingredients for Helapa Recipe

  • 1 cup coconut treacle
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 2 cup grated coconut
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 500 gram kurakkan flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt

Directions: Helapa Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.1 in a bowl take grated coconut, sugar, water, kurakkan flour, salt and mix it well.

step 2

  • STEP 2.2 take a peepal leaf and place a spoonful of mixture on it.

step 3

  • STEP 3.3 fold it into half and place inside the steamer.

step 4

  • STEP 4.1 let it cook for 5 minutes.

step 5

  • STEP 5.2 take them out and your helapa is ready to be served.
