  • 1/5 cup Whole wheat flour
  • 0.40 tsp Oil
  • 1/10 tsp Oil
  • As Required Water as per required
  • 1/5 g water as per required
  • 0.80 Pieces Fir potato masala
  • 0.80 g pot fine chopped garlic
  • 0.40 tsp Boil potatoes
  • 1/5 tsp pot fine chopped garlic
  • 1/5 tsp Grated ginger
  • 1/5 tsp fine chop green chillie
  • 1/5 tbsp Chilli flakes
  • 1/5 tbsp Organo
  • to taste fine chopped cabbage
  • 0.40 tsp fine chopped cappsicum
  • 0.40 tsp Salt
  • As Required Shezwan sauce
  • 1/10 cup 🌿Now put the cabbage and cappsicum and salt chilli flakes Organo and shezwan sauce and mix well then add spring
  • 1/20 cup For frankie
  • 1/20 cup Shredded cabbage
  • 1/20 cup Shredded capsicum
  • 1/10 cup Shredded carrot
  • 0.15 cup shredded onions
  • 0.40 tsp Chilli Flakes
  • 0.40 tsp grated paneer or cottage cheese
  • 1/5 tsp Masala
  • 1/10 cup Grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1/20 cup Oregano
  • 1/20 cup Masala

Directions: Healthy Wheat Flour Veg Cheese Frankie Recipe

  • STEP 1.🌿First take a bowl add all ingredients and mix by hand after that add water and need hard daugh and rest atlest 1 hour
  • STEP 2.🌿Now take the pen heat the oil then add garlic green chilli ginger and soute for 1 minutes
  • STEP 3.🌿Now put the cabbage and cappsicum and salt chilli flakes Organo and shezwan sauce and mix well then add spring onion
  • STEP 4.🌿Now mix both of the sauce
  • STEP 5.🌿Now divide the dough in 4 portion and roll it
  • STEP 6.🌿Now roast the roti both of the sides
  • STEP 7.🌿Now apply sauce then put the potatoes masala then put the cabbage capsicum onion and carrot after that I ate paneer mayonnaise and grated cheese
  • STEP 8.🌿After date sprinkle Chilli flakes oregano and fold like Frankie now roast another 2 minutes
  • STEP 9.🌿 Frankie is ready serve with ketchup
