  • 2 ounce White mushrooms quartered
  • 1/4 Small zucchini cut into thick 1/2 moons
  • 1/4 cup Frozen okra sliced
  • 1/2 tablespoon Vegetarian worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1/4 Bay leaf
  • As required Salt and pepper to taste
  • As required Hot sauce and cooked rice for serving
