These are the healthy version of the traditional pancakes. I made savoury jowar pancakes which are diabetic friendly and beneficial for health. It provides the essential vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.
STEP 3.Mix chopped onion, green chillies, coriander leaves, curd, salt and pureed beetroot.
STEP 4.Blend everything into thick lump free batter. Keep aside for 10mins. Add more water to adjust the consistency.
STEP 5.Heat a non-stick pan and drizzle some oil, pour a ladle full of pancake batter.
STEP 6.Cook on one side and then flip over and cook the other side.
STEP 7.Serve hot with green chutney.
