  • 1/2 Cups dahi

  • 1 Cups Tomatoes
  • 1.50 Pieces Green chillies
  • 1 Tbsp Desi Ghee
  • 1/2 Litre Cooking oil
  • As Required spices like ( salt

  • As Required Paneer Masala
  • As Required Haldi powder

  • STEP 1.1) πŸ‘―β€β™‚οΈπŸ‘―β€β™‚οΈπŸ‘―β€β™‚οΈRecipe for mix daal
  • STEP 2.Boiled soaked mix daal with some salt and half tea spoon haldi
  • STEP 3.Take a heavy bottom kadahi , put some Desi ghee in to it , put jeera , hing ginger garlic paste and chopped onion in to it .
  • STEP 4.Shallow fry onion till golden brown then mix chopped tomatoes or tomato puree as u like , add salt, red chilly powder, pinch of haldi , and mix well .
  • STEP 5.Add boiled mix daal into it and after it add a packet of Maggie masala magic in to it for better taste .
  • STEP 6.Add water according how much consistency u want .
  • STEP 7.After thicken the gravy off gas flame and put your daal Tadka aside .

  • STEP 9.Take a heavy bottom kadahi put some Desi ghee then add jeera , ginger garlic paste chopped onion and shallow fry it till it becomes golden brown then add chopped tomato mix well .
  • STEP 10.Add salt, chilly powder, pinch of haldi,paneer masala , fresh cream and mix it well . At last add a packet of Maggie masala magic and mix slowly .
  • STEP 11.Add big pieces of panner and thicken it as you like .
  • STEP 12.3) Recipe for besan gatte ki sabji
  • STEP 13.Take besan in a mixing bowl, add salt, red chilly powder,ajwain, hing, pinch of haldi, kasoori methi and add 2 spoon ghee or oil and bind it , after mixing all ingredients add some amount of water and make a dough .
  • STEP 14.After resting the besan dough for 10 minutes divide it in to pieces and make small rolls of it .
  • STEP 15.Next step is take a heavy bottom kadahi put some cooking oil in to it and add water half of the kadahi and boil it on high flame .
  • STEP 16.After boiling drop all the besan rolls in to it and put the flame medium .
  • STEP 17.Boil besan rolls in to water till the water become half and besan rolls comes on upper side from water .
  • STEP 18.Put besan rolls in to a plate and after cool down cut into thick slices and keep aside .
  • STEP 19.For gravey -
  • STEP 20.Take a pan add cooking oil , jeera roughly chopped, onion, garlic and ginger in to it and shallow fry after golden brown the onion add chopped tomatoes in to it and again shallow fry .
  • STEP 21.Put the flame off and put all the onion tomato mixture in a grinder and after cool down grind it in to a paste .
  • STEP 22.Take previous pan again and add some cooking oil , jeera grinded paste and mix it ,shallow fry it till it becomes dark brown color , now add salt , red chilly powder, kasoori methi , haldi , chaat masal , and Maggie masala magic mix all things well , now add some water and boil the gravey ,
  • STEP 23.After one boil put the flame low and add hal bowl dahi in to it ,mix well and add besan gatta in to gravey and boil it again for 5-10 minutes .

  • STEP 25.To make a dough take 1 bowl whole wheat aata add half tea spoon sugar, pinch of soda , salt , 2 spoon deshi ghee and make a soft dough with little water .
  • STEP 26.Rest the dough for 10 min .
  • STEP 27.Divide all the dough in to small balls equally.
  • STEP 28.Take a ball roughly flaten it with the help of roller spread deshi ghee in to it , sprinkle some salt and ajwain in to it and slowly rearrange it in to ball again and sprinkle chopped green chillies, chopped garlic and corrinder leaves and paste n it with hand .
  • STEP 29.Again roll it slowly with roller and fry it on tawa with or deshi ghee.
  • STEP 30.5) Recipe for dry fruits kheer
  • STEP 31.Take a pan add some deshi ghee in to it and roast all the makhanas , and after cool down roughly grind all the makhanas.
  • STEP 32.In an another sauce pan put all the milk to boil , after one boil add grinded makhanas , dryfruits and ilaychi powder and boil it again in low flame , till it becomes thicken .
  • STEP 33.After thicken the milk add half tin of milkmaid in to it and mix well .
  • STEP 34.Put all the kheer in to fridge and serve cool.
