Ingredients for Healthy Pizza Momos with Special Dip Recipe

  • As required For the dough :
  • 1.50 nos Whole Wheat Flour ( cup)
  • 1/2 nos Salt ( tsp)
  • As required Water ( to form a dough)
  • 1 nos Oil ( tsp)
  • As required For the special dip :
  • 4 nos Tomato Ketchup ( tbsp)
  • 1 nos Crushed Garlic ( tsp)
  • 1 nos Oregano ( tsp)
  • 1/4 nos Chilli Flakes ( tsp)
  • 1/4 nos Salt & Pepper ( tsp)
  • As required For the stuffing :
  • 1 nos Grated Carrot ( cup)
  • 1/2 nos Chopped Capsicum ( cup)
  • 1/2 nos Chopped Onion ( cup)
  • 1 nos Oregano ( tsp)
  • 1/4 nos Salt ( tsp)
  • 2 nos Cheese Spread ( tbsp)
  • 1/4 nos Chilli Flakes ( tsp)

Directions: Healthy Pizza Momos With Special Dip Recipe

  • STEP 1.Form a dough using the mentioned ingredients & keep it aside for 10 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Mix all the mentioned ingredients of the special dip and keep it aside.
  • STEP 3.Mix all the mentioned Ingredients of the stuffing and keep it aside.
  • STEP 4.Take the dough, make small portions and roll each portion.
  • STEP 5.Put a tsp of the stuffing on each rolled portion.
  • STEP 6.Put some extra cheese or cheese Spread on the stuffing of each rolled portion.
  • STEP 7.Fold each portion one by one and shape each of them like a momo. (Watch my youtube video for reference)
  • STEP 8.Grab a work & heat about 1 glass of water.
  • STEP 9.Put all the folded uncooked momos on a greased perforated plate.
  • STEP 10.Put the perforated plate on top of the wok. Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes on high flame. (Watch my Youtube Video for reference)
  • STEP 11.After 3-4 minutes, take them out. Garnish using the special dip, cheese spread and mixed herbs. Enjoy !
