STEP 3.in a mixing bowl add paneer pieces + chopped veggies + curd+ salt + pepper powder and mix well.
STEP 4.mixture / filling is ready
STEP 5.apply a thick layer of the filling on each bread slice keeping butter side outwards and cover it another bread slice and press gently.
STEP 6.place tawa / pan on low flame , place bread on it and toast on low heat for 2-3 minutes. Put little butter for better toasting.
STEP 7.flip and toast the other side too till golden brown for 1 -2 minute.
STEP 8.sandwich is ready.
STEP 9.cut in the middle or cut diagonally and serve
STEP 10.serve with cucumber slices
