How to Make Healthy Paneer Sandwich Recipe
STEP 01
assemble ingredients
STEP 02
apply butter on any one side of bread
STEP 03
in a mixing bowl add paneer pieces + chopped veggies + curd+ salt + pepper powder and mix well.
STEP 04
mixture / filling is ready
STEP 05
apply a thick layer of the filling on each bread slice keeping butter side outwards and cover it another bread slice and press gently.
STEP 06
place tawa / pan on low flame , place bread on it and toast on low heat for 2-3 minutes. Put little butter for better toasting.
STEP 07
flip and toast the other side too till golden brown for 1 -2 minute.
STEP 08
sandwich is ready.
STEP 09
cut in the middle or cut diagonally and serve
STEP 10
serve with cucumber slices
