Ingredients for Healthy Paneer Sandwich Recipe

  • 16.67 grams Paneer
  • 2 Pieces Bread slice
  • 1.33 tsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Chopped carrot
  • 0.67 tbsp Chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp Chopped cucumber
  • 1 tbsp Chopped tomato
  • 0.33 Pieces Greenchilli
  • 0.08 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 0.33 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp hung curd

Directions: Healthy Paneer Sandwich Recipe

  • STEP 1.assemble ingredients
  • STEP 2.apply butter on any one side of bread
  • STEP 3.in a mixing bowl add paneer pieces + chopped veggies + curd+ salt + pepper powder and mix well.
  • STEP 4.mixture / filling is ready
  • STEP 5.apply a thick layer of the filling on each bread slice keeping butter side outwards and cover it another bread slice and press gently.
  • STEP 6.place tawa / pan on low flame , place bread on it and toast on low heat for 2-3 minutes. Put little butter for better toasting.
  • STEP 7.flip and toast the other side too till golden brown for 1 -2 minute.
  • STEP 8.sandwich is ready.
  • STEP 9.cut in the middle or cut diagonally and serve
  • STEP 10.serve with cucumber slices
