  • 1/2 Small Tomato, Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 Small Cucumber, Finely Chopped

  • 1/2 teaspoon Chaat Masala
  • 1/2 Juice Lemon

  • STEP 1.In a large bowl, combine sprouted moong beans, chopped onions, tomatoes, cucumber, and green chilies.
  • STEP 2.Add chaat masala, lemon juice, and salt to taste.
  • STEP 3.Toss well to combine all the ingredients and let the flavors marinate for about 10 minutes.
  • STEP 4.Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve the healthy moong chaat immediately.
