0.13 Cup Jowar flour or can be substituted by Ragi

0.13 Tsp Cumin Seeds
0.13 Tsp Pepper powder
0.13 Tsp Salt
As Required Chopped Curry Leaves
0.03 Tsp Asafoetida
As Required Any other masala you want to add - pav bhaji
1/4 g aram

Directions: Healthy Millet Besan Cheela Recipe
STEP 1.Cooking time - around 15 mins,
STEP 2.Tips - Cast iron or mitti tava recommended, unrefined/cold press oil or home made butter can be used.
STEP 3.Serves 4.
STEP 4.Directions:
STEP 5.Mix all the ingredients well.
STEP 6.Make a thick batter of pouring consistency with water.
STEP 7.Heat a pan on medium heat, pour a ladle full of batter and spread. Cook with oil. Once done, flip and cook the other side.
STEP 8.Serve healthy chilas with preservative free tomato ketchup or curd or any chutney from tomato to green, from coconut to podi.
