  • 1/20 cup cup roasted oats
  • 1/20 cup Cup roasted and crushed Makhana
  • 1/5 tbsp tbsp raisins
  • 1/5 tbsp tbsp black Currant
  • 1/10 cup cup roasted & chopped mix dry fruits
  • 20 gm gm . Black dates smashed
  • 1/5 g tsp ghee

How to Make Healthy Makhana Oats Tonic Bar Recipe

STEP 01

Roast Oats,Makhana & dryfruits on slow flame & keep ready

STEP 02

Deseed all the dates and smash Very well. Heat a pan add ghee & smashed dates cooking medium flame till date becomes very soft add Oats, makhana,raisins, black Currant and roasted dry fruits (Almonds, cashews, walnuts and pista) mix well by pressing with spatula.

STEP 03

When mix well turn off flame. Transfer in a rectangular plate press with spatula and cool it completely cut with knife.

STEP 04

Serve Healthy tonic bar in a plate.
