Ingredients for Healthy Lemon Chicken Recipe

  • 1/4 cup boneless chicken
  • 1/2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon Water

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat some oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, minced ginger, garlic, turmeric and coriander powder.
  • STEP 2.Saute and mix.
  • STEP 3.Add some water and cook it for a few seconds.
  • STEP 4.Now add marinated chicken and stir cook it for 5 minutes.
  • STEP 5.Add a dash of water and stir it till the chicken becomes tender.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with some coriander leaves and your healthy lemon chicken is ready to be served.

Special Comments

  • STEP 1.Keep on stirring the chicken so that it won’t burn.
  • STEP 2.Make sure that you marinate chicken at a lower temperature for a while so that all the spices get infused into the chicken.
