The healthy instant oatmeal is one of the most popular breakfast recipes across the world, all with good reason it is healthy, easy, quick and filling Loved by kids and adults, this no-fuss breakfast is made very easily by simply soaking oats and natural sweeteners like honey and dates in hot water. A pinch of cinnamon powder gives the oatmeal an aesthetic flavour while apple gives it volume and a fruity punch Apple and cinnamon are a made-for-each-other combo that features in several salads and desserts, so it gives an awesome taste to the oatmeal. We have not used any sugar in this recipe, which is instead sweetened with honey and dates. Oats being rich in fibre and beta-glucagon, it helps to keep blood cholesterol and sugar levels under control. You can also perk up the oatmeal with more fruits and nuts if you wish.
