  • 1/4 Packet Bread
  • 1/4 Cup Green chutney
  • 1/4 Cup Butter
  • 0.13 Cup Boiled moong sprouts
  • 0.13 Cup Boiled kabuli channa
  • 0.13 Cup Honey
  • 1/4 Tsp Mustard powder
  • 0.13 Cup Hung curd
  • 0.13 Cup Fresh cream
  • 0.13 Cup Shredded onion
  • 0.13 Cup Shredded carrot
  • 1/2 Tsp Grated garlic
  • 1/4 Tsp Chillies paste
  • 1/4 Tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Chaat masala
  • To Taste Salt

Directions: Healthy Heart Sandwiches Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a bowl mix fresh curd,fresh cream,honey,salt to taste,mustard powder,garlic green chillies paste
  • STEP 2.To this add grated carrots,boiled moong, kabuli channa sprouts,shredded onion ,salt to taste
  • STEP 3.Mix all well ,add chaat masala and black pepper powder to it
  • STEP 4.Then on two slices of bread just apply butter ,don't apply chutney to these two slices of bread,put above prepared filling between these two slices of bread
  • STEP 5.Then cover this slice with third sliceof bread applied with butter and green chutney
  • STEP 6.Now grill this entire sandwich
  • STEP 7.Serve it with tomato sauce
