STEP 1.In a bowl mix fresh curd,fresh cream,honey,salt to taste,mustard powder,garlic green chillies paste
STEP 2.To this add grated carrots,boiled moong, kabuli channa sprouts,shredded onion ,salt to taste
STEP 3.Mix all well ,add chaat masala and black pepper powder to it
STEP 4.Then on two slices of bread just apply butter ,don't apply chutney to these two slices of bread,put above prepared filling between these two slices of bread
STEP 5.Then cover this slice with third sliceof bread applied with butter and green chutney
STEP 6.Now grill this entire sandwich
STEP 7.Serve it with tomato sauce
