Ingredients for Healthy Fruit Shrikhand Recipe

  • 200 gms thick curd
  • 10 g Roasted Foxnuts/makhane
  • 1/2 Pieces Apple
  • 1/2 Pieces Banana
  • 1/2 Pieces Pomegranate
  • 2.50 Tbsp sugar/ honey
  • 1/2 A Pinch Saffron
  • 1 tbsp Hot milk
  • 1 tbsp Almonds
  • 1 tbsp Rose syrup
  • 1 tbsp Pistachios
  • 1/2 tbsp Dry rose petals

Directions: Healthy Fruit Shrikhand Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take thick curd preferably should not be sour to taste. Keeping in a strainer let the excess water drain out for 10 mins. After 10 mins whisk well to make it smooth and creamy. Add powdered sugar or honey and whisk well again. Divide into 2 portions. In one portion add saffron soaked in warm milk ( cooled ) and mix well with the curd. Refrigerate till chilled. Add fruits and makhane just before serving . Garnish with almonds and toppings of you choice.
  • STEP 2.To the second portion of curd add sweetened rose syrup . Mix well. Refrigerate till chilled. Add fruits and makhane just before serving. Garnish with pistachios or toppings of your choice.
