STEP 1.
*SOAK SUJI IN WATER N DAHI
STEP 2.
*KEEP ASIDE FOR 15 MINS.
STEP 3.
*ADD SALT
STEP 4.
*ADD GINGER GARLIC PASTE.
STEP 5.
*MIX IT WELL.
STEP 6.
*SPREAD MIXTURE IN GREASED TRY.
STEP 7.
*SPRINKLE BLACK PEPPER ON TOP.
STEP 8.
*STEM IT FOR 15 MINS.
STEP 9.
* CUT IT IN RECTANGULAR LIKE BREAD.
STEP 10.
*APPLY GREEN CHUTNEY ON DHOKLA.
STEP 11.
ANS SAUCE ON ANOTHER DHOKLA
STEP 12.
*KEEP SALAD N PANEER ON IT.
STEP 13.
*COVER IT WITH ANOTHER DHOKLA
STEP 14.
*JUST LIKE SANDWICH
STEP 15.
SERVE IT WITH SAUCE N CHUTNEY.
