  • 1/4 cup dahi
  • 1/2 Packet PACK ENO
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.13 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/4 Tsp inger garlic paste (optional)
  • As Required water
  • 4 Pieces Cucumber
  • 3 Pieces Tomato
  • 2 Pieces Paneer
  • 2 Pieces Capsicum

  • STEP 1.*SOAK SUJI IN WATER N DAHI
  • STEP 2.*KEEP ASIDE FOR 15 MINS.
  • STEP 3.*ADD SALT
  • STEP 4.*ADD GINGER GARLIC PASTE.
  • STEP 5.*MIX IT WELL.
  • STEP 6.*SPREAD MIXTURE IN GREASED TRY.
  • STEP 7.*SPRINKLE BLACK PEPPER ON TOP.
  • STEP 8.*STEM IT FOR 15 MINS.
  • STEP 9.* CUT IT IN RECTANGULAR LIKE BREAD.
  • STEP 10.*APPLY GREEN CHUTNEY ON DHOKLA.
  • STEP 11.ANS SAUCE ON ANOTHER DHOKLA
  • STEP 12.*KEEP SALAD N PANEER ON IT.
  • STEP 13.*COVER IT WITH ANOTHER DHOKLA
  • STEP 14.*JUST LIKE SANDWICH
  • STEP 15.SERVE IT WITH SAUCE N CHUTNEY.
