  • 150 gm Chiken
  • 0.33 Pieces potato slice
  • 1.33 tsp Curd
  • 0.67 Pieces medium size onion slice
  • 0.33 tsp Ginger paste
  • 0.33 tsp Garlic paste
  • 0.33 tsp Cumin paste
  • 0.33 tbsp Turmeric powder
  • 0.33 tsp kasmiri mirch powder
  • 0.33 tbsp Red chili powder
  • 1.33 g reen chili
  • 0.67 Pieces Cloves
  • 0.33 Pieces Cardamom
  • 0.33 Pieces Bay leaf
  • 0.33 tbsp Butter
  • 1.33 Tsp Oil
  • 0.33 tbsp Suger
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 0.33 tsp cashew nuts paste

Directions: Healthy Curd Chiken Curry Recipe

  • STEP 1.First take chiken in big bowl add turmeric powder,red chilli powder,kasmiri mirch powder,curd,ginger paste, garlic paste,cumin paste, cashew nuts paste now mixed properly then cover with silver paper and freezer for 5 hours .After 5 hours take pan add 4 tsp oil then add whole garam masala and bay leaf when its smell then add onion chopped fry until brown .Now add mixed chiken and pieces of potato then low the flame .cook it with cover for 15 mints then fry again cook in low flame for 20 min if it dry add Little water .Now open the cover check it's boiled properly then add suger .Now tarnsper into serving bowl decorate with coriander leaves and fresh cream if you in weight loss journey avoid it.Now injoy your dish with roti,rice or Paratha.
