  • 1/5 tsp Turmeric powder

Directions: Healthy Cream Cheese With Baked Nachos Recipe

  • STEP 1.Place the muslin over a colander or sieve large enough to hold all the yogurt. Pour yogurt into the lined colander.
  • STEP 2.Bring up the sides of the cloth, and tie tightly with a string to form a sort of a bag. Tie the string around a wooden spoon and place it in a deep bowl in such a way that the spoon is resting across the bowl and the bottom of the bag does not touch the bowl. This leaves space for the whey to drip into the bowl.

  • STEP 3.Place this in the fridge for 6 to 7hours. Keep checking every few hours to remove any whey that may have collected.Do not discard the whey, which is quite useful. For starters, it can be used instead of water to knead dough.
  • STEP 4.The yogurt should have thickened upconsiderably and should start to look like cream cheese.
  • STEP 5.Take paneer nd grind in mixer till it's become a smooth...Transfer yogurt, smooth paneer to a bowl and add salt, almond powder, chopped some dried berries , chilli flakes nd mix well.

  • STEP 10.Take a plastic sheet/butter paper- take small dough - flatten it, apply little ghee both the side and roll it out into thin chapati.
  • STEP 11.Cut into triangles nd spread them on greased oven tray.... preheat oven on 180 degree for 10 minutes.
  • STEP 12.Put it into oven and bake it for 10 minutes on 160 degree- then flip the side and again bake it for another 8-10 minutes or till it turns into nice brown and crispy.
