  • 0.17 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 0.17 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 0.33 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 0.17 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Wash the colocasia leaves and remove the stems. Blanch the leaves in boiling water for a few seconds and then transfer them to cold water.
  • STEP 2.In a mixing bowl, combine finely chopped broccoli, spinach, and boiled potatoes. Add ginger-garlic paste, green chili paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt. Mix well.
  • STEP 3.Take one colocasia leaf and place a spoonful of the stuffing mixture on it. Roll the leaf tightly, tucking in the sides. Repeat with the remaining leaves and stuffing.
  • STEP 4.Place the rolled leaves in a steamer and steam for about 20-25 minutes, or until the leaves are cooked and tender.
  • STEP 5.Once cooked, remove from the steamer and let them cool slightly. Cut the rolls into slices and serve hot.
  • STEP 6.For serving, you can garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve with mint chutney or yogurt dip.

  • Make sure to blanch the colocasia leaves to remove any bitterness and make them more pliable.
