How to Make Healthful Paneer Wrap Recipe
STEP 01
Take whole wheat flour in a bowl make a well in the middle and add some salt 1/2 tbsp ghee and 1 tbsp milk.Mix all these together evenly and make a soft dough.Make thin chapatis out of this dough .You can make these chapatis with ghee or without ghee.
STEP 02
To prepare the filling take a karahi add 1tsp ghee add julienned onions lightly fry them in ghee then add sliced capsicum and tomatoes also add corn Cook them till they are slightly tender Then add salt and black pepper oregano garam masala red chilli powder and some ketchup.Mix these with vegetables and cook for one minute and lastly add paneer slices cook for one more minute and now our filling is ready. After this take a chapati apply some green chutney and some tomato ketchup on it then put the paneer filling in the middle and sprinkle some chaat masala on it and put some onion rings on the filling then fold the chapati into a wrap and serve with green chutney
