  • 1 As many pineapple rings as you like. i allowed per person
  • 1/2 cup The pineapple juice from the can of your pineapples, about
  • 1 cup 500 ml hot water
  • 1/2 Chicken stock cube
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard, your favourite choice
  • 1/2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1/2 tablespoon Tomato puree
  • As required Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoon Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Flour if you are using more liquid, you will need to use more flour or cornstarch to thicken the sauce
