  • 1 nos Potato (Aloo)
  • 2 nos cloves Garlic
  • As required finely chopped
  • 1 nos teaspoons Butter (Salted)
  • As required Softened
  • 1.13 nos teaspoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil teaspoon Rosemary
  • As required Salt and pepper
  • As required to taste

Directions: Hasselback Potatoes Recipe

  • STEP 1.To begin making the Hasselback Potatoes Recipe, preheat the oven to 220˚C (425˚F).
  • STEP 2.Place the potato flat side down. Start from one end of the potato, cut almost all the way through, at about 3 to 4 mm intervals.
  • STEP 3.Arrange the potato in a baking tray and insert finely chopped garlic in between the slits.
  • STEP 4.Spread some butter on top of each potato. Then drizzle the olive oil and sprinkle some sea salt, rosemary and freshly ground black pepper.
  • STEP 5.Bake the potato for about 40 minutes or until the potato turn crispy and the flesh is soft. Once done, remove it from the oven and serve hot.
